Class Policies and Procedures:

Lessons are instructor-led; parents participate only in parent/child classes.

Lesson duration ranges from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the level.

Locker room facilities are available on-site, accessible via the pool deck.

Swimmers should arrive wearing swimsuits, ready for the lesson.

Non-potty-trained swimmers must wear a swim diaper under their swimsuit.

Dum Dum lollipops are distributed at the end of each class; inform instructors of any allergies or preferences.
Make Up Policy:
To maintain the integrity of our classes regarding content, size, consistency, and progression, we do not offer make-ups or refunds for missed lessons. Please do your best to attend your scheduled classes. A doctor’s note will be required to receive any credit. Extraordinary and extended illnesses will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Policy:

Payments are due at the start of the session.

Non-payment may result in the inability to participate in the program.

Safety Measures:

All instructors are certified lifeguards and water safety instructors.

Only lifeguards, instructors, and swimmers are allowed in the swim lesson area.
