Service Description

Tidal Waves (Intermediate Level): Swimmers should be able to swim an average of 800 to 1200 yards per one-hour session, have refined knowledge of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke, and basic knowledge of Butterfly. They should swim 50-100 yards without stopping.
