Riptides (Introductory Level): Swimmers should be able to swim an average of 500 to 800 yards per one-hour session, have basic knowledge of Freestyle and Backstroke, and swim at least 25-50 yards without stopping. (Level 4 or higher) Can swim 50 yards freestyle and backstroke, learning butterfly and breaststroke, proper starts and turns
